Terms

Snapsketch (snapsketch.uk) is operated by Harry Winteringham, based in the UK. By using this website you agree to the following.
What this site is
A pre-launch landing page for Snapsketch, a colouring-and-language app currently under development. The product itself is not yet available; this site exists to share information and collect waitlist signups. Snapsketch will be a paid product when it launches; signing up for the waitlist is free and creates no obligation to buy.
What you can do
Browse the site, sign up for the waitlist, link to Snapsketch, and share it with anyone who'd find it interesting.
What you can't do: scrape it for commercial use, attempt to break into accounts that don't exist yet, impersonate Snapsketch, or use the site or any of our content in a way that's harmful, deceptive, or illegal.
Content and copyright
The Snapsketch name, logo, copy and demo artwork on this site belong to us. You're welcome to share the page itself (links, screenshots) but please don't republish our assets as your own.
No warranty
The site and pre-launch communications are provided as-is. We'll do our best to keep both up and accurate, but plans change before launch — features, pricing, and the launch window itself may all shift. Nothing on this page is a binding commitment to ship a specific product.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Snapsketch develops. The “Last updated” line at the top will reflect the most recent version. Material changes that affect waitlist signups (for example, how we handle your email at launch) will also be flagged on the privacy page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of the site falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
